What exactly do we do?
The Big Picture is a service design consultancy that helps organisations understand the end-customers’ real needs and motivations, in order to create more complete services, brands and experiences.
How do we do it?
We use a whole variety of service design tools, of which the main ones are ethnography, collaborative workshops, iterative rapid prototyping and a ‘magic wand’. End-customers and key stakeholders are always involved in the process, because they are the real experts. We just help them extract, analyse and visualise the big picture.
